Kalwa is a village in tehsil Makrana of Nagaur district in Rajasthan. It is situated at a distance of 17 km from Makrana in the west direction on Khatu-Nagaur road. This is a well-connected village by road and rail. The village was founded by KANA RAM DUDI Hence his color is dark so the name of village became Kalwa. As of 2001 census the population of the village is 6836, out of which 1360 are SC people.
