Kali Vanbaale
Kali Jo Van Baale (born January 20, 1975) is an American novelist. Her first novel, The Space Between, received an American Book Award in 2007.
Life
She grew up in Bloomfield, Iowa.
She attended Indian Hills Community College,[1] University of Northern Iowa, Des Moines Area Community College, and Upper Iowa University, and is currently attending the Vermont College of Fine Arts.
She married at 21. She lives in Bondurant, Iowa with her husband and three children: two boys and a girl.[2][3]
