Kakovatos

Kakovatos (Greek: Κακόβατος) is a small fishing village in Elis, southwestern Greece. It is located on the coast of the Ionian Sea, in the region of western Peloponnese. Administratively, it is a part of the municipality of Zacharo. In the Greek Homeric age, this place was referred to as Pilos, home of King Nestor.
