Kai (born March 17, 1990) is a pop singer/songwriter from Toronto, Ontario.[1] She is currently signed to Warner Music Canada and is in the studio working on her first EP expected to be released in 2015.

Recent Work

In 2012, Kai teamed up with Montreal dubstep group Adventure Club for the very popular track "Need Your Heart", which features Kai's vocals and writing. The song has been remixed by several artists, including Minnesota, Cry Wolf, and Candyland.[2][3] The track peaked at #2 on the iTunes Electronic music chart in Canada.

Kai has also collaborated with Diplo on his highly anticipated EP "Revolution" where she wrote and is featured on the titled track Revolution.

Kai's vocals have also been featured on the track "Crawl" off of Childish Gambino's album "Because The Internet".

In 2014, Kai wrote the Diplo produced "Sweet Talker", the title track from Jessie J’s third studio album released in October 2014.

In 2015, Kai wrote and was featured on Skrillex and Diplo's Jack Ü album on a track entitled "Mind".
