Kaghan (Urdu: کاغان) is a small town and union council of the Balakot Tehsil, in Mansehra District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[1] It has a reputation as a place of great natural beauty. The town of Naran can be approached from Kaghan via a metalled road within an hour, besides the road is the Kunhar River, famous for its trout fish.
