KMOG (1420 AM, "Rim Country Radio") is a radio station licensed to serve Payson, Arizona, USA. The station is owned by Farrell Enterprises LLC. It airs a full-service Country music format.[1]

The station was assigned the KMOG call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on March 15, 1982.[2]

Personalities

The station currently has a variety of radio personalities including: Brandon Iron – who host the weekday morning/Friday evening "Brandon Iron Show" (M–F, 7–9 am and Friday, 5–7 pm), Rockin' Ron Gibson – host of the weekday "Trades N Sales" program (M–F, 12–2) and afternoon music show (M–F, 2–5 pm), Stephanie Landers - News/Weather/Sports Director, she also hosts the weekday morning "Rim Country Forum" call-in talk show (M–F, 9–10nbsp;am). Weekend hosts include: Mazatzal Mike - host of the Saturday Trades N Sales/Music show (Sat, 7 am – 1 pm), he also hosts the "Country Crossroads" show (Sunday 7–9 pm); and Cowboy Carl – host of the famous "Country Classics" show (Sun 8–11 am) Notable former air personalities include artist and "Rim Country Forum" host Don Holcombe died on February 10, 2006, having hosted the show until two days before his unexpected death.[3] His artwork gained national attention when some of it was purchased by legendary radio broadcaster Paul Harvey.
