KDDZ (1690 AM) is a Radio Disney affiliated station that broadcasts a children's radio format. Licensed to Arvada, Colorado, it serves the Denver-Boulder, Colorado market. The station is owned and operated by Radio Disney Group, LLC.

History

On November 10, 1997, the station was assigned the call sign KAYK. The call sign was changed to KADZ on December 11, 1998. On January, 15 1999, the call sign was changed to the current KDDZ.[1]

On August 13, 2014, Disney put KDDZ and twenty-two other Radio Disney stations up for sale, in order to focus more on digital distribution of the Radio Disney network.[2][3]
