K. R. Periyakaruppan is the former minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments in Tamil Nadu state of India. He was born in Aralikkottai on 30-December-1959. He has finished Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Law.[2] He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly from Tirupattur constituency in 2006 election as a Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate.[3]
