Biography
K'an Joy Chitam I ruled until his death in 565 at age 74.
The biography of this king is significant for the fact that he lived to be almost seventy-five, a ripe old age by Precolumbian standards.
He was possibly a father of Ahkal Mo' Naab' II.
K'an Joy Chitam was previously referred to as K'an Hoy Chitam.
