Justin Hawley McAuliffe (born October 7, 1987) is an American entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is the grandson of Barron Hilton and the great-grandson of Conrad Hilton, founder of Hilton Hotels.[1] He is the founder and CEO of Acceleron Digital, a digital marketing agency.[2]

Personal life

Justin was born in New York City. He was raised in Greenwich, CT and is a graduate of Brunswick School.[3] He is an alumnus of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.[4]

From a young age, Justin has been passionate about philanthropy and global issues. While in High School he traveled to Taiyuan, China to volunteer in an orphanage.[1] He also is actively involved in the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s Generations in Giving Program, a program to provide an opportunity for younger generations of the Hilton family to get involved. He is primarily concerned with environmental issues, women’s equality, and social finance.

Career

Justin is the founder and CEO of Acceleron Digital, a digital marketing agency focusing on web development and online promotions. Acceleron is also a start-up factory that develops and launches internal businesses.[2]

Justin is an avid entrepreneur, having worked on several start-ups in the past. He worked on the Ready, Set, Travel concept, an airport security-friendly toiletry kit for travelers.[5] He has also worked as managing director for Hotel Supply Services, a supplier for health and wellness products to the hospitality segment.[6]
