The Justice Party (Tajik: Ҳизби Адолатхоҳ Hizbi Adolatkhoh) is a political party in Tajikistan. The results at the last legislative elections on the 27th of February and the 13th of March 2005, are not available.

Abdurahmon Karimov is the party chairman.
