Junior Kabananga Kalonji (born 4 April 1989) is a Congolese international footballer who plays for Belgian team Cercle Brugge as a striker.

Club career

Born in Kinshasa, Kabananga made his senior debut for Anderlecht in the 2010-11 season,[2] and moved on loan to Germinal Beerschot in January 2011.[3] On 6 July 2013, he signed a two-year contract with Cercle Brugge.[4]

Anderlecht admitted negligence when transferring the player from Democratic Republic of the Congo after a forged document was used.[5]

International career

He made his international debut for DR Congo in 2014.[6] In December 2014 he was named in the 29-man provisional squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.[7]
