Julius Ihonvbere
Professor Julius Ihonvbere is a political scientist who has served as Special Adviser to the Nigerian President on Programme and Policy Monitoring.
Julius was born in 1956 and gained a BA in History and Political Science at Obafemi Awolowo University in 1984.[1]
Ihonvbere resigned as the Secretary to Edo State Government after losing the Edo North APC Senatorial Primaries to Barr. Francis Alimekhena.
