Julian Paul Carroll (born 5 November 1942) is an Australian former swimmer who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. Carroll swam the backstroke leg in the preliminary heats for the second-place Australian team in the men's 4x100-metre medley relay.[1] Because he did not compete in the event final, he did not receive a medal under the Olympic swimming rules in effect in 1960.
