"Jude Law and a Semester Abroad" is a 2002 single by Brand New. The song's title is a reference to the actor Jude Law. It was released as the first and only single from their debut album, Your Favorite Weapon (2001). It was released to US radio in late 2002 and later released commercially in the UK on June 2, 2003, on CD and limited 7" black vinyl. There was also an acoustic version of the song released on the 7" single of "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows."

A 2002 re-recording of the song sometimes, labelled as the "Alan Douches Mix", was released for free online and was also released as a promotional single. The re-recording occurred as the band was unhappy with how some songs on Your Favorite Weapon had turned out.
