Juan Luis Hens Lorite, commonly known as Juanlu (born 7 February 1984 in Fuente Palmera, Córdoba), is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Girona FC as a right midfielder.
Football career
After starting out at local Córdoba CF, Juanlu moved to Valencia CF in 2004, playing mostly for its B-side. On 23 January 2005 he appeared in his first and only official match with the main squad, against Villarreal CF: he came on as a substitute for Francisco Rufete in the seventh minute, being himself replaced at half-time by Marco Di Vaio in an eventual 1–3 away loss.[1]
After a loan at UE Lleida Juanlu was released, resuming his career also in the second division, settling with CD Tenerife and contributing with four goals in 35 games in his second season as the club returned to La Liga after seven years.
