History

Journyx was founded in 1996.[1] The company has been credited with creating the first commercially supported web-based timesheet[2] system. for the collection of time, expense and mileage data. In 1998, Journyx made the solution available in the cloud (which, at that time, was called an ASP[3] offering). Journyx also provisioned a free, downloadable version for small organizations with 10 or fewer users.[4] Journyx is the creator of the P5 Protocol,[5] or the concept of Per-Person Per-Project Profitability, and is SAS 70 (now SSAE 16[6][7]) certified.

The CEO and founder of Journyx is Curt Finch.
