Journal of Social and Personal Relationships is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary academic journal that publishes papers in the fields of sociology, social psychology, family studies, and communication studies. It has been published since 1984 by Sage Publications, originally in association with the International Network on Personal Relationships, and now with the International Association for Relationship Research, a merger of the INPR and the International Society for the Study of Personal Relationships.
Scope
Journal of Social and Personal Relationships is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes original research and empirical and theoretical papers. The journal contains content on the study of social and personal relationships and draws material from fields such as sociology, social and clinical psychology, family studies, and communication studies. Journal of Social and Personal Relationships also publishes reviews of recent books in the field.
