Jossie Nikita Marques Spear (born May 8, 1988) is a Venezuelan model and aspiring actress, born in Maracaibo, Edo. Zulia and titleholder of the Miss Mundo Latina 2008,[1] who will compete in the Miss Venezuela 2010. Her heritage is mixed from Venezuelan, Portuguese, American, and French. She speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Jossie is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Fine Arts for Theater at the University of Central Florida. She is 174 cm tall and 21 years old, competed representing USA in the International Beauty Festival 2009 held in Dominican Republic, February 2009 and placed 2nd runner up. She appeared in the cover of Hang Out Magazine.[2] Her hobbies include playing guitar, reading, and traveling.

Jossie is cousin of Monica Spear, who also won the Miss Venezuela 2004 and placed 4th runner up in the Miss Universe in 2005.
