Joseph Ortiz Blanco (born August 13, 1990) is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball.

Ortiz made the Texas Rangers' Opening Day roster in 2013.[1] He was claimed by the Chicago Cubs on October 6, 2014, after spending most of the season on the disabled list and in the minor leagues.[2]
