Joseph Kreutzer
Joseph Kreutzer (November 11, 1790 – June 16, 1840) was a German violinist, composer, and conductor. His compositions consisted mostly of chamber music and instructive pieces for bowed strings and guitar. He is known to have been an instructor of Norbert Burgmüller in Düsseldorf, where he was concert master for a time, and where he died in 1840.
