Joseph A. Nicoletti
Joe Nicoletti, is an American politician and business person. Previously elected offices include city councilor, member of the New York Assembly.[1] Joe is a lifelong Syracuse, New York resident. He resides on the North Side. Joe is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He is a graduate of Henninger High School in Syracuse.
