José Maria Pereira Coutinho (Chinese: 高天賜; born 22 July 1957 in Macau[1]) is a member of the Legislative Assembly of Macau. He ran for Legislative Assembly in 2001 and fail to win until the 2005 legislative election. He is a member of New Hope a pro-democracy party in Macau.
