Zé Carlos full name José Carlos Ferreira Filho (born 24 April 1983 in Maceió, Alagoas) is a Brazilian football striker. He currently plays for Criciúma.

Career

Zé Carlos recently played for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, where he won the AFC Champions League 2006. He scored the decisive winning-goal against Al-Karamah in the final. On 13 April 2009 the 25 year old forward will play for Cruzeiro until December, Cruzeiro has bought only 20% of the player's ownership, the remaining 80% belongs to Sport Club Corinthians Alagoano.[1]

On 12 July 2009 he received the fastest red card in Brasileiro after 7 seconds against Atlético Mineiro where they got defeated 0-3 at home.
