Jorma Johan Sigurd Vaihela (30 September 1925 – 9 February 2006) was a Finnish international footballer who played as an inside forward.

Career

Club career

Vaihela played club football in Finland for RU-38, PoPa and TuTo, and in Sweden for IK Oddevold.

International career

Vaihela 34 caps at international level between 1947 and 1954, scoring 13 goals.[2] Vaihela also participated in the 1952 Summer Olympics.[3]

Personal life

Vaihela's son Seppo Vaihela played international bandy for Sweden. He worked as the chairman of IFK Göteborg from 2007 to 2012.[4]
