Jordan Moore (born 19 February 1994) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Queen's Park on loan from Dundee United.

Moore was born in Glasgow and joined Dundee United at under 14 level.[1] He was a prolific scorer at youth level and after impressing in the SPFL U20 League United took the decision to loan him to Airdrie United for the latter part of the 2012–13 season in order for him to gain first-team exposure.[2] He was once again loaned out at the start of the 2013–14 season, this time to Dunfermline Athletic.[3]

Playing career

Airdrie United

Moore was loaned out to Scottish First Division side Airdrie United in February 2012[2] and made an instant impact, scoring on his debut from the penalty spot against Hamilton Academical in a 2–2 draw.[4] He went on to make a total of nine appearances for Airdrie,[5] scoring once more in a defeat to Cowdenbeath before returning to Dundee United at the end of the season.

Dunfermline Athletic

Moore was once again loaned out for the 2013–14 season, this time to Scottish League One side Dunfermline Athletic where he was joined by fellow Dundee United players Ryan Ferguson and Luke Johnston.[3] He made his debut for the club in a Scottish League Cup match on 3 August as a late substitute.[5] Three weeks later he was given his first start for the club and scored twice in a spectacular comeback as Dunfermline beat Stenhousemuir 5–4.[6]

In April 2014, Moore revealed he had been receiving treatment for skin cancer.[7] His team-mates at Dundee United[8] and Dunfermline[9] wore T-shirts in support. In late May he then announced that his cancer had gone and he would soon return to playing football once his surgical wounds had healed.[10]

Queen's Park

On 2 February 2015, Moore went on loan to Queen's Park until the end of the season.[11]
