He began his professional career with the Arizona League Dodgers in 2009, where he hit .304. With the Ogden Raptors in 2010, he hit .305 with 10 homers and 40 RBI.

The Dodgers promoted him to the Class-A Great Lakes Loons for 2011, but he hit only .228 but with 19 homers and 63 RBI. In 2012 with the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes he hit .233 and returned to the Quakes in 2013, where he hit .287 in 68 games with 17 homers and 44 RBI. He was promoted to the AA Chattanooga Lookouts at mid-season. He was not as successful at the higher level, hitting only .168 in 56 games with only one homer.

He took a big step backwards in 2014. He began the season with the Lookouts, but after recording only two hits in 28 at-bats he was demoted to the Quakes. Back in "A" ball, he hit .214 in 46 games, though he did have 11 homers and 29 RBI. He was assigned to the AA Tulsa Drillers of the Texas League to start the 2015 season.[1] He hit only .189 in 20 games and was released on May 1, 2015.
