Sir Philip John Scott KBE FRSNZ (26 June 1931) is a New Zealand medical researcher and administrator. He was head of the Department of Medicine at the University of Auckland from July 1979 to July 1987 and President of the Royal Society of New Zealand from 1997 to 2000. He received a knighthood in 1987.
