John Sapien is a Democratic member of the New Mexico Senate, serving since 2009.
In addition to working in the New Mexico Senate, Sapien is also a State Farm agent. Sapien interned for Senator Jeff Bingaman.[1] He is also the former head of the Bernalillo Public Schools Foundation. Sapien's father, Bill, served as a Sandoval County Commissioner.[2]
