John Holtby
John Holtby (born 27 March 1982 in Beverley) is a rugby union footballer for Birmingham & Solihull . His usual position is at wing but he can also play at centre and full back.
After starting his rugby career at Hull Ionians, Holtby attended and played for Loughborough University before joining the Leicester Tigers academy. After a spell in the Tigers first XV, Holtby had periods at Rotherham, Leeds, and Stourbridge before joining Birmingham and Solihull. Holtby was a fitness coach on the resurrected Gladiators TV show before its axing as a result of the recession in 2009.
