John Eyre Sloane

John Eyre Sloane (September 16, 1886 - July 17, 1970) was an airplane manufacturer. He established one of the first airplane manufacturing plants in Long Island City, New York in 1912.[1]

Biography

He was born on September 16, 1886. He married Madeleine Edison and they had two children, Thomas Edison Sloane and John Edison Sloane.[2] He died in 1970.[3]
