John Diehl (born May 1, 1950) is an American actor.
Diehl was born in Cincinnati, Ohio,[1] and graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1968.
Career
Diehl played Delbert McCoy in the 1993 film Remote, for which he may be best known. He also appeared in such films as Stargate, Stripes, Gettysburg, The Hi-Lo Country, Jurassic Park III, Nixon, A Time to Kill, Mo' Money, and Singularity Principle. He appeared on television in Miami Vice and The Shield. Diehl later appeared in Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe, a made-for-TV movie based on the television series Burn Notice. In 2011, he appeared in Monte Hellman's romantic thriller Road to Nowhere.[1]
