John Coffey (born 1918) was an Irish hurler who played as a right corner-forward for the Tipperary senior team.
Coffey made his first appearance for the team during the 1940 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen for much of the next decade. In 1945 he won an All-Ireland medal and a Munster medal, beating Christy Ring's Cork in the Munster Final and a strong Kilkenny side in the All-Ireland final.[1][2]
