Joe Palmer (born February 19, 1988) is an American ice hockey goaltender who is currently an Unrestricted Free Agent who last played with the Quad City Mallards of the Central Hockey League (CHL). He was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 4th round (96th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He predominately played in the ECHL.[1][2]
