Joe Caveney (born July 5, 1988) is an American professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Wichita Thunder of the Central Hockey League (CHL).
Caveney attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Fitchburg State College, before beginning his professional career by playing 11 games with the Pensacola Ice Flyers during the 2012–13 SPHL season.[1] The following year he played 14 games in the ECHL,[2] but played the bulk of the 2013–14 season with the Pensacola Ice Flyers where he was recognized for his outstanding play by being named to both the 2013–14 SPHL All-Rookie Team and All-SPHL First Team.[3]
On September 13, 2014, Caveney moved to the CHL in signing a one-year contract with the Wichita Thunder.[4]
