James Shaquelle Christopher "Jim" Fenlon (born 15 March 1994) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Hayes & Yeading United. He started his career at AFC Wimbledon and signed for Ross County in July 2014, but was released in November 2014.

Career

AFC Wimbledon

Fenlon joined AFC Wimbledon Under–16s after returning to England from Australia, where he lived for six years, playing association football for Western Australia state and Stirling Lions, a club in Perth that compete in the West State League, one stage lower than the Australian A–League. He signed his first professional contract with The Dons on 18 May 2012 after progressing through the youth system at AFC Wimbledon since the age of 16.[3] The young defender's first involvement with the first team was as an unused substitute in the First Round of the League Cup against Stevenage on 14 August 2012.[4] Fenlon made his football league debut as a 46th minute substitute for Warren Cummings in 6–2 defeat to Burton Albion on 21 August 2012.[5] He made his first league starting appearance on 25 August 2012, but The Dons ultimately succumbed to a 5–1 defeat at Bradford City.[6] He scored his first goal in professional football on 2 October 2012 in a 3–2 defeat by Oxford United.[7]

Ross County

Fenlon signed for Scottish Premiership club Ross County in July 2014.[8] He made his debut on 10 August 2014, as Ross County lost 2–1 at home to St. Johnstone.[9] On 28 November 2014, Fenlon's contract was terminated by mutual consent.[10]

Hayes & Yeading United

In January 2015, Fenlon signed for Conference South club Hayes & Yeading United.[11]
