Jim Beam Rye is a Rye whiskey produced in Clermont, Kentucky by Beam Suntory, a subsidiary of Suntory Holdings of Osaka, Japan, which is headquartered in the suburbs of Chicago, in Deerfield, IL.[1]
Jim Beam Rye is frequently referred to as Beam Yellow Label. It is America's top selling straight Rye whiskey. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) and aged for 4 years in newly charred white oak barrels. It is sold in glass in 16 oz pint bottles, glass 750ml bottles, glass 1-liter bottles and plastic 1.75L bottles.
