Jewish Fiction .net
Jewish Fiction .net is an online literary journal founded in 2010 by Dr. Nora Gold, and is as of 2014 the only English-language journal, either in print or online, devoted exclusively to the publishing of Jewish fiction.[1][2] Published 2-3 times annually, the purpose of Jewish Fiction .net is to showcase contemporary writing on Jewish themes (either written in, or translated into, English), and to provide a publishing space for not yet well-known Jewish authors.[3][4] Each issue of Jewish Fiction .net features both emerging and established writers. Some of the established authors it has published so far include:

In its first four years, Jewish Fiction .net has published over 200 stories or novel excerpts, originally written in eleven languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Romanian, Serbian, Turkish, Croatian, Hebrew, Ladino, and Yiddish.[5] [6] This journal, which has readers in 120 countries, has been written about in The Forward, The Jerusalem Post, The Jewish Week, Hadassah Magazine, The Algemeiner, Achbar Ha'ir, Makor Rishon, and The Canadian Jewish News.
Jewish Fiction .net’s founder and editor, Dr. Nora Gold, is an author residing in Toronto, whose first book, Marrow and Other Stories,[7] won one of the Canadian Jewish Book Awards,[8] and whose recently published novel, Fields of Exile, has been widely praised.[9] [10] [11]
The Advisory Council of Jewish Fiction .net is composed of Alice Shalvi, Ellen Frankel, Michael Kramer, Thane Rosenbaum, Joseph Kertes, Linda Lipsky, Nava Semel, Norman Manea, and Steve Stern.
