Jessica Elizabeth Pray, (born August 20, 1992) is an American beauty pageant titleholder and soprano opera singer from Johnston, Iowa who was named Miss Iowa 2011.

Biography

She won the title of Miss Iowa on June 11, 2011, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Pauli Mayfield.[1][2] She went on to place in the Top Ten at the Miss America pageant that year.

Pray is a senior at the University of Iowa double-majoring in Vocal Performance and Ethics and Public Policy. She was a member of the London-based contemporary-classical vocal trio Moda, along with Lucy Ely of London and Hana Huljic of Croatia.[3]
