Jesús García Tena (born 7 June 1990)[1] is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Hamilton Academical.[2]
Career
García Tena spent his early career in Spain and Italy with Juventus, Espanyol, Sabadell, Terrassa and Cuneo.[3][4][5] He signed for Scottish club Livingston in August 2012.[6] On 2 May 2013, it was announced that he was leaving the club after the 2012–13 season.[7]
He signed a short-term contract with Hamilton Academical in September 2013,[8] stating that he was "really happy" with the move.[9] In December 2013 the contract was extended until the end of the 2013–14 season.[10] In July 2014 his contract was again extended,[11] before being extended again in January 2015, until May 2016.[12]

Personal life
His younger brother Pol García Tena is also a footballer, playing with Juventus as of February 2013.[13]
