Jennifer A. Richeson is an African-American social psychologist who studies racial identity and interracial interactions.
Education
Dr. Richeson completed a B.S. in psychology at Brown University and earned her Ph.D. in social psychology at Harvard University. She was a fellow at Stanford University's Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity.
Career
Richeson was an assistant professor in psychology at Dartmouth College. She currently works at Northwestern University in its psychology and African-American studies departments. She won a MacArthur Fellowship, also known as a "genius grant." [1][2]
