C. Jefferson "Jeff" Stafford (April 20, 1939 – July 24, 1990) was a politician and Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates. He represented the 5th district, which included parts of Carroll, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski counties; and the city of Radford. From his first time being elected in 1972, to his death in office in 1990.[1]
