Jean-Michel Labadie (born July 14, 1974) is a French musician who is the bass guitar player of Gojira and was the bassist for Oihuka.[1]
Music
Jean-Michel Labadie's influences include bands such as Metallica, Sepultura and Pantera, all of which marked the 90s. Then there was the evolution of Deftones and Korn. He liked their emotional aspect. While Gojira is a bit of everything, he also likes death metal. Morbid Angel was very ambient. Cannibal Corpse was much more brutal with its riffs.[2]
