Jason Michael Bunyan (born 9 March 1979 in Milton Keynes)[1] is a former England under-21 international speedway rider, who rides for the Rye House Rockets in the British Premier League.
Racing career
Bunyan competed in the New Zealand Championships during 2004, 2005 and 2006 and won each event He missed winning in 2007 but came back to win the 2008, 2009 and 2010 NZ titles giving him the second most wins behind Larry Ross who finished his career with nine.[2] In 2007 he captained the Isle of Wight Islanders to the Premier League Fours Championship and partnered Chris Holder to the Premier League Pairs title.[1] For 2011 Bunyan signed with the Plymouth Devils, moving to Rye House Rockets in 2012.
Personal life
Outside of speedway, Bunyan enjoys snowboarding and spends the winter in New Zealand.[3]
