James Edelman

James Joshua Edelman is a justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. He is a former Rhodes Scholar and received a DPhil from Oxford University.[1]

The Western Australian shark cull was supported by the ruling of the WA Supreme Court in which Justice James Edelman rejected an application from the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society for an immediate injunction to have the baited drumlines removed.[2]
