James Berkeley (died 1327) was a medieval Bishop of Exeter.

Berkeley was elected on 5 December 1326 and consecrated on 22 March 1327. He died on 24 June 1327.^[1] According to his successor John de Grandisson, his manors were destroyed and despoiled, and de Berkeley murdered, but it is not known how this was thought to have been done.^[2]
