The James B. Barnes House is an historic house located at 109 Hampshire Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts, in the Wellington-Harrington neighborhood. The house was built in 1824 for an English glassmaker employed at the New England Glass Company, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It was previously located at 200 Monsignor O'Brien Highway, but was moved in 1984. The house is one of the only brick Federal-style houses left in Cambridge.[2]
