Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College

Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College (JRRMC), established in 1995, is a private medical college in Bangladesh. It is now one of the best medical college in Bangladesh. The college is situated in the divisional headquarters of Sylhet Division and located at Pathantula, Sunamgonj Road, Sylhet.

The college has all the major branches of medical education including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Dermatology, Medicine, Paediatrics, Anesthesiology, Psychiatry, Cardiology, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Blood Transfusion, Radiology, Radiotherapy, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Paediatric Surgery, Neuro-Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, Urology, Paediatric Nephrology, Odontology and Thoracic Surgery . Principal is the administrative head of the institution.

Jalalabad Ragib-Rabeya Medical College is one of the pioneer private medical colleges of Bangladesh. It offers complementary education on medical studies. It offers bachelor degrees in medical science and also offers post graduate degrees on various subjects. All the courses are certified by Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (both undergraduate and postgraduate courses) are recognized by the National regulatory agency (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council). This medical college is doing a very good job. Foreign students from various countries also come here to take MBBS degree. This medical college has a number of good teaching stuff. There is also a modern hospital with 900 bed. It has a large number of foreign students from Nepal India etc. The campus is really nice with two storeyed lecture hall with all latest technology for teaching and 10 storeyed academic building is in progress.
