Jake Marto (born August 11, 1986) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing with the Graz 99ers of the Austrian Hockey League (EBEL).
On August 4, 2011, the St. John's IceCaps signed an undrafted Marto to a two-year American Hockey League contract.[1] Throughout the duration of his contract, Marto primarily played with ECHL affiliate of the IceCaps, the Colorado Eagles.
After his first season abroad in Sweden with Södertälje SK of the HockeyAllsvenskan, Marto remained in Europe in signing a one-year contract with Austrian club, Graz 99ers of the EBE on July 28, 2014.[2]
