Jaime Rodríguez Calderón
Jaime Rodríguez aka El Bronco (born Jaime Heliódoro Rodríguez Calderon in 1957) is a Mexican politician and former member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party who in 2015 became the first Independent Candidate in the state of Nuevo Leon to run for Governor during the 2015 Nuevo Leon Gubernatorial Election.
Rodriguez served as mayor of the city of Garcia in Nuevo Leon from 2009 to 2012 and during that time he was the center of violent attacks[1] that gave him notoriety. Those attacks were the subject of the 2014 documentary El Bronco.[2]
